From initial inquiry to supply, the ADLT lighting team is here to support you through your land development project.
The 2000+ subdivisions installed throughout New Zealand in the last 10 years are a testament to our land development experience. Our Porchester Vicpole can be found all around New Zealand, looking as good as the day we installed them. Our subdivision design to supply experience is natural to us, and we are here to support you from start to finish.
We are with you through all the hard work to the end. We have a team of qualified lighting designers and actively work with councils around New Zealand. In the initial stages, we can provide you with Concept Lighting Designs to assist with your Resource Consent application. That way, you have one point of contact to coordinate the pricing, order, delivery and commissioning of your private and public lighting requirements.
We are fluent in all appropriate lighting design standards, local council requirements and bylaws. Taking into consideration aesthetics, pole locations, lighting performance and landscaping. We know the rules; for example, the Auckland council has a 2m clearance requirement for trees.
It is common practice to utilise a peer review process, consulting with other lighting designers to ensure the designs meet all requirements. When everyone is happy with the design and all the documents are in order, the developer can apply to council for Engineering Plan Approval (EPA). Finally, the product can then be ordered through ADLT.
In total, ADLT has supplied over 160 Porchester poles for the Huapai Triangle Subdivision project.
