LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY
Ten Years
- Cree LED Lighting Fixtures (ENERGY Series, XSP Series, 304 Series, CPY Series, OSQ/OSQ HO Series, Syrius)*
With respect to each Product, Seller warrants that: the Cree standard Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish on any fixture Product will be free of cracking, peeling, and excessive fading and corrosion defects for a period of TEN (10) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser, except that the Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish warranty for custom colours is only ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser.
Five Years
- Cree LED Lighting Fixtures (Stellar Series, Urban Series, Linear Series, VSL/CFL/RkT Series)*
With respect to each Product, Seller warrants that: the Cree standard Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish on any fixture Product will be free of cracking, peeling, and excessive fading and corrosion defects for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser, except that the Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish warranty for custom colours is only ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser.

Seven Years
- Cree Poles, Tenons and Pole Mounts
Cree Inc. (CI) warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its DeltaGuard® finish for a period of TEN (10) YEARS FOR CREE® LED LIGHTING FIXTURES and SEVEN (7) YEARS FOR CREE® POLES, CREE® TENONS AND CREE® POLE MOUNTS from the date of original purchase. CI will repair, or at its option, replace the defective finish if it exhibits cracking, peeling, excessive fading or corrosion defects during the warranty period. This warranty applies only to the DeltaGuard finish and only when the product bearing the DeltaGuard finish is properly handled, maintained, installed and exposed to normal environmental conditions. This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. Purchaser must notify Advanced Lighting Technologies (ADLT) in writing within 60 days of noticing the defect. This warranty excludes field labour or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the DeltaGuard finish. ADLT reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Advanced Lighting Technologies (ADLT) warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its delivered products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods from date of shipment:
One Year

ADLT will repair, or at its option, replace the defective product during the stated warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to ADLT instructions. This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. The warranty excludes added control components such as photocells or tele-management devices. Purchaser must notify ADLT in writing within 14 days of noticing the defect. This warranty excludes field labour or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. ADLT reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
With respect to each Product, Seller warrants that:
(1) all mechanical components (other than LED drivers) and LED components in the Product as well as the fixture housing will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of TEN (10) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser;
(2) Cree luminaires driver in the Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period equal to the shorter of (i) FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser or (ii) fifty thousand (50,000) hours of operation.

LIMITED LAMP WARRANTY
Advanced Lighting Technologies (ADLT) warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its supplied lamps for the following periods from date of shipment:
Six Months (based on one switch/10 hrs operation per day)
High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps with an average rated life up to 7,500 hours, as published in the Venture lamp data sheets.
One Year (based on one switch/10 hrs operation per day)
- Metal Halide lamps with rated life equal to or greater than 7,501 hours, as published in the Venture lamp data sheets.
Two Years (Extended Warranty, based on one switch/10 hrs operation per day)
- Uniform Pulse Start metal halide lamps
ADLT will replace the defective lamp during the stated warranty period. This warranty applies only to the replacement of the lamp and only when the lamp is properly handled, installed and maintained according to ADLT instructions. This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. This warranty excludes field labour or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the lamp. ADLT reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Uniform Pulse Start Lamps and Control Gear
ADLT’s extended warranty covers lamps and ballasts purchased and installed together as a Uni-Form pulse start system. The installation must be operated under proper environmental conditions and in accordance with current Australian / New Zealand Standards. This warranty will be voided if conditions demonstrate abnormal use or stress, such as operating temperatures in excess of maximum rated temperatures, under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles or operating hours, or improper lamp or ballast installation. The warranty will be voided if Venture® lamps are replaced with any other manufacturer’s lamps. The entire warranty will be voided if ADLT ballasts are replaced with any other manufacturer’s ballasts.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT/LIABILITY LIMITS
ADLT reserves the right to utilise new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or remanufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part, as determined by ADLT in its sole discretion, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The foregoing warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and ADLT’s SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO THE PURCHASER. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC OR PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED. NO OTHER WARRANTY APPLIES, ADLT WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY TORT, OR OTHERWISE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
ADLT reserves the right to examine all failed lamps and ballasts purchased. No distributor, salesperson, dealer, retailer or other representative has the authority to change or modify this warranty, either orally or in writing, in any respect.
