Paul has over 21 years electrical industry experience, the majority of those years spent with major lighting companies specialising in commercial, architectural, industrial, flood & sports lighting. He has been involved in many aspects of lighting including design, specification, tender preparation, and project & supply management.
Paul has a strong focus on relationship management, communication, problem solving, and customer service.
He is proud to be part of a well-known & respected lighting company, and is keen to assist his clients by providing technically sound, energy efficient, and cost effective lighting solutions for street, area, commercial, & industrial applications, and to increase their knowledge in LED technology from some of the world’s leading chip & LED luminaire manufacturers.
Since starting with ADLT in 2014, Paul has completed his Graduate Certificate in Science & Technology (Lighting) and gained TechIES status.

- Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his partner Robyn, is learning the intricacies (& frustrations) of golf, and is actively involved in the NZ FPV (Ford Performance Vehicle) & Tickford Owners’ Club.
