Geoff joined Advanced Lighting Technologies (ADLT) New Zealand in January 2025 as our Financial Controller, bringing extensive experience in financial management and leadership across multiple industries, including apparel, FMCG, fire protection, and gaming. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Executive MBA, providing a strong academic foundation to complement his practical expertise.
Geoff recently celebrated 25 years as a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional excellence. In March 2026, he stepped into an expanded role as Financial Controller for both ADLT New Zealand and Australia, providing strategic financial oversight across the two businesses and helping strengthen alignment, financial performance, and sustainable growth across the wider group.
Outside of work, Geoff enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the beach, going for walks, and working out at the gym.
