The World Health Organization recently declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic, and everyone should follow the recommendations of medical professionals and government authorities.
As a business, the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and the community is our number one priority. Our second priority is to continue providing the same high-quality lighting products and services we’re renowned for. As much as is possible, it’ll be “business as usual”, however some of the ways we do business will change.
With this in mind, I’d like to provide the following updates:
MEETINGS & PRESENTATIONS
Like many organisations, we’ve introduced new and updated policies regarding travel and hygiene to reduce risk. Meetings and group presentations scheduled to be delivered in-person can now be facilitated using technology if required – simply contact your local sales representative to arrange.
Rest assured, we’re committed to minimising any disruption or delays to lighting project delivery. We are yet to experience any interruption to our own supply chain, however there may be some disruption to global trade in future. We have significant levels of inventory in our Mount Maunganui warehouse for any fast track projects or where other supply channels have been restricted.
Where possible, we highly recommend advising us of new or changing project requirements and timelines well ahead of tender and construction stages. Our Sales and Customer Service teams and Technical Sales representatives are available to take your calls and respond to your enquiries as usual.
