The Pokeno Project

As a result of the Auckland housing shortage, outskirt suburbs like Pokeno are becoming increasingly popular. Pokeno has significantly grown in size with 600 new residential homes built and sold since construction started in 2011. Michael Best – Urban & Street Specialist at Advanced Lighting Technologies NZ is excited to be a part of this up-and-coming suburb.

To date, 249 Cree Edge Square Series luminaires and Vicpole Square Series Columns have been installed in the completed residential and industrial areas. There are a further 150 residential lots currently under construction and 600 planned. Approximately another 250 luminaires and poles will be supplied and installed in this residential area.
